The Matte gives a very subtle look when dried and are designed to show up beautiful on every complexion while the glossy gives a soft but lush look while making the lips look plumped. DIRECTION
Start by prepping chapped lips to ensure a smooth application and remove any dry or cracked skin. Next, apply evenly to the top and bottom lip using light short strokes. If desired, finish the look with a lip liner.
